The Computer and Automation Research Institute of Hungarian Academy of Sciences. SZTAKI is a Centre of Excellence and has several international research projects funded from the 6th and 7th R&D framework programme. The cooperation of ELTE and SZTAKI is based on historical strategic cooperation agreement aiming to implement joint doctoral school.



ELTE-Soft serves as a bridge between ELTE and its industrial partners, and aims to transfer the up-to-date research results and state-of-the-art technology to the students and carries out tasks of large innovation content in ICT research and development that range from applied research through technical development to developing software products based on basic research in natural and social sciences.
